Welcome, my name is Dr Katie Adolphus and I’m an experienced Clinical Psychologist coordinating a specialist team of independent practitioners in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We provide assessments for Autism, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence as well as support & coaching.
We have experience and expertise working with autistic women and girls and those who mask their differences.

If you are concerned about your child and / or wonder if they may be autistic or have ADHD, we can help.
Equally, if you’re an adult with similar questions for yourself, we can provide a listening ear and some much-needed clarity.
Based in Salisbury, Wiltshire and online, we provide an independent and well-respected diagnostic service for anyone who may be autistic or have ADHD. We also provide coaching and therapy for neurodivergent people with mental health difficulties.
It's quite normal to feel worried, confused or overwhelmed at the start of your diagnosis or discovery journey. That’s why it’s crucial to have someone on your side; someone who’ll listen, understand, reassure and support you. Someone who cares.
